Location just off Lapa Arches with access toTram line to Santa Teresa, Stairs, Zona Sul and many restaurants and grocery stores. Nicely decorated room with bathroom, windows which look outside, as example as expected.

The location of the hotel was perfect - at a moderate distance from Cinelandia Square. You could walk to chemist's and supermarkets. - the room was freshly renovated and air-conditioned and complete with bathroom. - Exposed brickwork was really stylish. - the staff were excellent and thoughtful.

The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and genuine. The hotel is also only minutes away from Gloria subway station and buses that take you to the major tourist attractions.
The bathroom sinks are very small and the breakfast selection could've been better. But all in all, fantastic hotel!

All in, the best budget hotel I've stayed in in Rio. Decent breakfast, firm beds, quiet rooms and a quiet street. Good wifi throughout. Small rooms but immaculate and well renovated.
Unresponsive staff. Ceiling fan in my room was not working. Reported it to staff three times. No one ever came to look at it and try to fix. Rooms windows open onto airshafts, not onto street or views.

The staff of the hotel is really good and client's satisfaction oriented. The location of this hotel is perfect, at 5 min walk from the "Gloria" metro station. Copacabana beach is only at 20 min door to door using the metro.

Close to subway and desk staff friendly
Poor beds constantly shift while turning at night, meat and cheese not covered or refrigerated at breakfast which was very basic to say the least!
